DTF SA Transfers provides custom Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers made to order using customer-submitted designs.

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • Your files are print-ready
  • You understand the final product is based exactly on what you upload
  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen vs. print differences

We reserve the right to refuse service at any time.

3. Intellectual Property

You are solely responsible for any content you upload.

By submitting artwork, you confirm:

  • You own the rights or have permission to use it
  • It does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights

DTF SA Transfers is not responsible or liable for any misuse of copyrighted or trademarked material submitted by customers.

4. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Correct sizing, gang sheet setup, and quantities
  • Proper spelling and design placement
  • High-resolution artwork (300 DPI recommended)

We do not proofread or edit designs unless explicitly stated.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD
  • Payment must be completed before production begins
  • We reserve the right to update pricing at any time

Orders suspected of fraud may be canceled.

6. Production & Turnaround Times

  • Standard turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees
  • Production time may vary due to order volume or equipment issues

DTF SA Transfers is not liable for delays outside our control.

7. Shipping

Once your order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If an issue occurs, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

8. Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Due to the custom nature of DTF transfers:

  • All sales are final unless items are defective or incorrect

9. Application Responsibility

DTF SA Transfers is not responsible for issues caused during application, including:

  • Incorrect heat press settings
  • Improper pressure or timing
  • Incorrect fabric use

Customers are responsible for following provided pressing instructions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DTF SA Transfers shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, business, or data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services:

  • For unlawful purposes
  • To violate any intellectual property laws
  • To submit harmful, abusive, or offensive content

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for violations.
